Dining out more than once or twice a week can be fiscally irresponsible, to say the least.
Here’s is a case study of how much it cost me. For this period, I was often staying at my girlfriend’s house a few nights a week. I was cooking, at best, rarely. Since then I have moved in with said girlfriend. There’s a reason why they say it’s healthier for men to be in committed relationships.

My previous mentioned Get Skinny Quick requires the rather gross prospect of eating egg whites and beans/lentils for breakfast. G-r-o-s-s.
As a direct result, I’m on a quest for a edible way to cook egg whites
All I’ve got so far is:
Turkey Pepperoni, Chopped Onions, Chipotle seasoning, Dill, Tabasco on top, Cayenne pepper, Paprika, Garlic.

KISS Stands for: Keep It Simple, Stupid!
I would say that when trying to establish systems, this is this most important monicker anyone can follow.
When you are coming up with a mealplan: simpler wins. Life is complicated enough as is. This is why people love macs, coders love Ruby on Rails. This is why people hate Microsoft products.
When coming up with a meal plan, just keep it simple. Vegetables are healthy eat a ton of them. Oh wait, you need protein too, eat a bunch of lean meat. That’s it.
As my dad would say
It ain’t Rocket Surgery, Scott.
Sometimes we have an obsession with making things complicated. Computers aren’t necessarily making things more simple, either. Simplicity is like a breath of fresh air.

Honestly, blogging at a new startup is relatively hard.
You’re trying to work at a day job and still have a life, then, (in our case) learn a new framework and code a bunch.
It’s fun, but tiring, and especially time consuming. And thus to date, this blog has been a little worse for the wear.
But, upon skimming some of the more relevant chapters of Web Startup Success Guide, I hope to re-envigorate this blog into a hod-podge of blogging badassery.
