Get Skinny Quick Mealplan

Stolen from Tim Ferris (I will link this later)

This is a great mealplan for losing weight, and has the awesome benefit of being cheap, quick to make, and actually quite delicious

Protien

  • Organic Pork
  • Organic Beef
  • Eggs & Egg Whtes
  • Organic Chicken

Vegetables:

  • Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • Pinto and Black Beans
  • Lentils
  • Peas

Mix and match 3 times per week.

When you’re eating out, have a salad. Avoid carbs.
